Digital Photography options include onsite photographers that will print your photos onsite with custom logos and folders for your guests to take home! We provide photographers to take classic portraits and event candids to capture all the memorable moments. We can also post photos on web sites and send DVD’s as additional options.
What make an ACE party different, from other casino companies?
Your Event Solution owns, operates and maintains all our own equipment. We have been in business for over 25 years with an excellent reputation, we pledge to make your event great! We have a fully staffed office that is always ready to take your call – get the answers you need and the help you want when you need it. We don’t use a call back service.
How does the casino work?
Each guest is given $25,000 in customized play money (your company logo or picture) at the door. Guest will then take the money to the casino tables to “buy” playing chips. Chips can be used at any table for gaming. At the end of the evening they will turn in any play money or chips for raffle tickets. We will raffle door prizes at the end of the night.
Who gets the casino prizes?
We ask that the client provide the prizes, but in this busy world, we are happy to get them for you with your own budget, we will deliver them and set them up and give them away at the end of the night.
How many prizes do I need?
One prize for every 15-25pp.
How much is each prize worth?
We like the prizes to escalate in value – if your guest’s win twice, they can trade up to a higher value prize. We like everyone to have a chance to win. We will work up to a grand prize, and the amount is totally up to you. You can start off with something as small as a hat or cup – and work up to whatever the budget will allow.
Why do we need a DJ?
This is so important – he is the showman of your event. With your DJ you get music, sound system, ability to make announcement plus he is very interactive – getting and keeping your crowd interactive with games and dance. At the end of the casino he will work with your VIP’s to hand out all the prizes in a fair and organized manner.
How long does the casino last?
We gamble for 2 1/2 hours with the raffle and cash out the last 30 minutes for a total of 3 hours.
How does a fund raising event work?
We have several guide lines for raising money – we are happy to share that with you when you book your casino. Gambling is for fun only and we only abide by the laws of the state.
What if no one knows how to gamble?
Our dealers are patient and willing to teach your guests at the table of their choice. Since it is for fun – this is the best way to learn.
What is we want to extend the party?
That is NOT a problem, your pitt boss will assist you with what will work best for your group. Sometimes we keep the party going with music, other times we extend the dealers and gaming.
What if we want to do something different - we did a casino last year?
Casino’s are entertainment – they give your guests something to do at your event. Not everyone will gamble that is why we incorporate music and other games such as Trivia, Name that Tune, dance contests etc in the event. Theming your event will give your casino added excitement.
How much set-up/ removal time do you need for my event?
The average amount of time needed is three hours before your start time and an hour and a half to remove everything. This depends on the size of your event and how much you will have to set up. If you are adding custom bars, drapery, lighting, custom dance floor and staging etc it may require slightly longer. Your professional sales person will assist you with all the details as they work through your event.
